The imposing building has 5 separate apartments. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartments on the ground floor are ideal for families of 2-3 people (max. 4 people with extra beds). The sleeping areas of the apartments on the upper floor are on two separate levels: there are two beds downstairs and another 2-3 beds upstairs in the gallery. The fifth apartment is located in a separate building.

On both floors of the main building there is a common room where families holidaying together can organise joint activities. In the garden of the house it is possible to barbecue sausages and cook in a cauldron. The building also has two large terraces.

The surroundings are particularly quiet and relaxing (behind the garden of the house is the Gunaras park forest).
